• Not from Best Buy you can't! Their thermal pad selection consists of 2 graphics carda, 3 thermal pastes, and a screwdriver kit without thermal pads.

• Surely you can buy the thermal pad separately. Have you search BB for it. If they don't have it, try Amozon. I'm sure computer techs keep extras around so they must be available.
