Please try again later.This may or may not answer the question (because I was concerned that because the box said for MAC, that it wouldn't be able to be used with a Surface tablet). It worked just fine with my Surface Pro tablet. And therefore I could plug in the HDMI cable from the monitor to the Surface Pro with it.

Mine sis not have HDMI but it had four others of whoxh Nest Buy had three. Make sure you verify the number of pins and the arrangement so you don’t have to make two trips. (Take a pic with you)
