• No. This is a Mini-DP to HDMI adapter. Mini-DP is **NOT** the same as a Thunderbolt connection, which is is over a USB-C connector and uses slightly differing signaling rules than straight-up USB 3.1 and beyond use, while supporting PARTS of the C/3.1 spec.
