Did you go into the settings on the smart TV and run a scan for over the air channels? The unit is not a plug and watch...you must have the TV run the scan to find the channels.

Please try again later.I would go back over the basic directions because whether it's a smart TV or otherwise it should work you should be getting something if you getting nothing then obviously you're not hooking it up properly review the instructions and the location to where you have the antenna placed

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! I have a smart TV and mine worked perfectly. Make sure its on under TV and not an application or HDMI. Once you're on TV you can select the scan channel option and be on your way.
