“I cannot get these headphones to show up on any of my devices. The headphones are charged and on, but not discoverable. Unfortunately, my son threw out the book that came with the headphones or I would have used that to trouble shoot. Thanks!”

Make sure your tablet, phone or device Blue tooth is on. On the left hand side of the head set, put the switch in the "on" position. On the right hand side, push and hold the micro button between (between the 2 arrows), for 2 maybe 3 second until the light indicator starts to blink. Now push the device Blue tooth search and pair button. Each time you want to connect once paired, you will have to search and repeat the micro 'activation' button until winked again.

Then, there’s three buttons on the other side...with earphones on, hold down the middle button until you hear a voice say “earphones on”. If you look on your tablet or phone you’ll see an earphone icon next to your battery status icon. If that doesn’t work for you, try a search on internet: u-tube may have a video step by step.
