• MINE DOES NOT VIBRATE FOR AN INCOMING CALL. THE MUSIC STOPS AND THE PHONE RINGS SO I DON'T MISS ANY CALLS

• I doubt you can. My experience with Bluetooth devices connected to iPhones led me to use inexpensive corded headsets instead. The sound quality is much better.
