• This keyboard is USB and no batteries. My led light is fine so suggest you return

• There is no LED indicator light that I am aware of. I am using this on my Mac and there is no light and it is working fine. The only time I see the LED light come on is to indicated if I have Caps locked or not. The other light would be the Num lock, and I am not entirely certain what the other light is, perhaps that is a connection light, but I doubt it.

• The Insignia wireless does not have an LED, and it does not need batteries. If it's not interfacing with your laptop, pull the plug and reinsert.
