• 1. This is a rubber dome keyboard, it makes less noise than scissor and mechanical keyboards. 2. The cord is 58".

• I don't think the keyboard clicks; but I have a lot of background noise in my home. The cord is 63 1/2" from the back of the keyboard to the end of the USB plug in that goes into the computer. That is 5' 3 1/2" long.
