A:Answer I am not a Best Buy rep and I agree with you. I got them, and I had to order an adapter for them for my laptop and iPhone/iPad. The adapters aren’t much. My older headsets (same model) already had a USB 2.0 end on them..The headset comes with 3 or 3.5mm male end...standard plug for old iPhones or PC. It also comes with a splitter adapter. I bought a Dukabel USB 2.0 to 3mm adapter. Also bought 3mm female to iPhone charging port adapter for iPhone/iPad. The should do it. Oh, if you buy adapter, make sure you get 2.0 or 3.0 end, depending on you computer.
