“I am trying to install this antenna but when I insert the coaxial cable into the power inserter the power on led light goes away. If I am doing something wrong or the antenna has an issue?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same problem after 10 minutes. Light went out and booster antenna unit got very hot. Hot enough to be a fire hazard, be careful. That being said I disconnected the power booster antenna part ( the cord plug in ) and get all the local channels available in the Green Bay area except channel 11. May be just the location of the TV.
