If you have a cable box or any box that bring in the signal to the TV, it's better if you connect to the box instead of the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I connected the RCA audio cable to a new Samsung set and it did not work. I double checked all connections and the pairing process and noticed the "Audio Out" connection on the set and plugged in the 3.5 mm to RCA adapter to the RCA audio cable and they worked...even though my set has the various "component/av in" plugs, the "audio out" plug is what I needed, and I needed both cables. I have used for only a few hours, but they are helpful. When I take them off, I notice the much lower volume my wife uses. Nice not to "punish" her with the higher volume I used, even with my hearing aids.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.plug the red and white cords into the adapter supplied by insignia, which has one sound pin to plug into the back of the tv. that should do it. if not, insignia has excellent tech support at 1-877-467-4289 good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Looking at the manual for that model of TV shows that the red/white RCA connections are only inputs for the TV. The only connection type I see for outputting audio is the digital optical connection, which is not compatible. If the TV has a headphone output, you can easily adapt that to the red/white connections. I would recommend speaking with Samsung to verify what connections the TV has.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So, does anyone know how to solve the above problem?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issue here. I had to connect them directly to the cable box. Once I get a sound system for my Samsung then all sound will be hooked up through that so I can hear all devices connected.
