Batteries charge 12 hours get only 3 hrs use null

I don't find any issues with the charging system .

There is something wrong with your headset if that is the case. I use mine every day for at least 8 hours and have had no problem with it holding a charge at all. Exchange yours and get a new one. I love mine!
