Same problem. I purchased a pair of rca splitters and hooked them to the base station and then ran rca plugs from the cable box and another set from the dvd player. You just have to make sure the cable box is turned off when listening to dvd and that the dvd is turned off when listening to cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have the docking station connected to the Directv box, that is the only sound you are going to get. If you would like to get the Directv and DVD sound, you will likely need to connect the docking station to the TV's audio output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A SIMPLE RCA JACK, A/B SWITCH WILL ALLOW U TO HAVE BOTH THE CABLE/SAT CONTROL BOX & THE DVD PLAYER CAPABLE OF DEDICATED ATTACHMENT WHERE UPON TOGGLING TO THE CORRECT A OR B ALIGNMENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SOUND SOURCE WILL GIVE THAT SOURCE EXCLUSIVITY TO THE HEADPHONES.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may have to plug it into the DVD player.
