• As the camera's lens serves to focus an image on the chip, I would guess not in view of my experience using an intact phone.

• You need your lens ,but if crack it will show through pictures

• I would think not since your lens operates off of electrical sensors.

• I don't believe so. These rely on you still having the original lens in place, and these work along with that lens.

• This is not a replacement lens but an addon lens that goes over your stock lens. That being said it might work to some degree.
