“Does it show when it’s charging? I don’t think mind is holding a charge says batteries are low as soon as I disconnect it”

Mine will only show it when I press the X button and I can see the battery symbol. I usually keep it plugged it for maybe a hour to 2 hours while I’m playing take it off and it has a full battery for about 8 hours

This battery is a faulty design. It will not.charge in the controller with the cable. It just will not. I dont know what they were thinking when they sold these but this is bad on best buy.

No it doesn't show. I left mine overnight connected to a charger just to make sure and so far no problem i.e., i could use it for some good hours.

It always shows that it is charging when it’s plugged in. Then the problem with your pack not holding a charge might be the battery pack is bad or the charger is not connecting well to the controller.
