Q: QuestionWould I be able to use this (know very little about speakers) with my Samsung Soundbar (which does have a Bluetooth on/off feature)? Would I put it on the table somewhere nearby? Could I have 2 linked same time 1 on either side of me? Thanks~

• A:Answer Not known about the sound bar, but yes you can use two at the same time. Will not give you stereo sound.

Q: QuestionHow many speakers are there. What is the out put watt per channel. Since it is a blue tooth stereo speaker I think it should have two speakers for two channel. Please comment.

Q: QuestionHow do I keep my iphone from ringing over the speaker with listening to music? I am a licensed massage therapist and love sending music to the speaker during a session. At times when the telephone rings, it overrides the music and interrupts the session.

• A:Answer It's all about the settings you have on your phone, if you don't wanted to ring you can either put it on do not disturb mode but you will miss the call. Or you can just go to your sound settings and put silent instead of a ringtone and the music will keep playing out loud but it will stop soon as you get an incoming call. The other option would be to ignore the call under the silent settings so that it doesn't interrupt the music

Q: QuestionHow to pair with a Bluetooth stereo systemI can't get the speaker to PAIR with my bluetooth stereo system. From what I understood, all I'd have to do was to turn the stereo on and put it in Bluetooth mode and then it would automatically connect with the bluetooth speaker. Both the stereo and the speaker are both Insignia products and they are supposed to work together. Is there anyone who can help me please?

• A:Answer To pair this speaker to a bluetooth device, you'll need to set the speaker into pairing mode by holding the MODE button (three overlapping circles) until the blue light flashes rapidly. Then, on your bluetooth device (stereo system), enter discovery mode and it should detect the speaker and connect.

• A:Answer Sorry no it won't the only speaker that can do that is a special one from jam Bluetooth speaker but I haven't seen them anymore I thing there discontinued item .

Q: QuestionIt's connected but won't play songs?It worked fine for two days but then when I went and turned it on again it stopped working. It says it's connected to my device, it's in range and the blinker is not blinking but it wont play anything. And if i hit the the sound buttons all it does is make a beeping nose. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting, even forgetting the device option but still nothing happened. It wont play the music.

• A:Answer This happened to me as well. Apparently it became linked to my phone (to receive/answer calls) but wouldn't play media such as music. I unpaired it from my phone (for me it was selecting "forget") and paired it up again. Pressing the "source" button (speaking light will blink again) and selecting "NS-CSPBTHOL" on my phone via Bluetooth again. *Note, my phone didn't see/identify the speaker right away even after I "refreshed" the Bluetooth. I had to turn off and on the Bluetooth again.
