“How do I get Bluetooth to link to my laptop if it isn't appearing? It links to my iPhone just fine, but doesn't appear at all for my laptop's (Brand New MacBook Air, running 10.11.6) bluetooth settings. I can't even find the Insignia website for help.”

I paired mine to my MacBook pretty easy just at the top right corner click the Bluetooth button ( make sure your bricksound is in paireable mode that means hold the Bluetooth button of your brick for a few seconds until it starts blinking) and then just click on the brick and click pair
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bluetooth speakers are more intended for connecting to mobile devices i dont think the company put connecting to laptops in mind since were living in the digital age of everything being used on phones not really computer's much anymore
