I do not et a solid blue ight. it is blinking null

It's probably in pairing mode. Pair the speaker with your device and that light will stop blinking.

The blinking light means it is trying to synch with available Bluetooth devises. It will be solid after it connects.

I think it may be trying to pair with your device. Be sure to check your Bluetooth settings on the device your trying to pair with, the insignia has an odd name on my list of Bluetooth devices and I went ahead and renamed it. Hope this helps.
