“Ok my phone is in great condition nothing wrong but it won't let me connect and I go to my friends phone and it hooks up fine what's wrong. Oh also I've have played music from this phone on to the speaker before”

It could be your phone settings. My phone (Galaxy Note 4) has an option for Phone and Media or just media. I think it was under blue tooth and then the settings for the speaker itself.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe your cell phone is not compatible... Or, maybe your cell phone needs an bluetooth driver/OS update. Also, try an delete your friends connection/profile , and then try in connect your cell phone. it could be limited to only one connection at a time... Sometimes bluetooth can be picky.
