• Not good at all. Within 1 hour - you get "battery low". When the same batteries are installed in a Sony Walkman - battery life is extended several hours.

• well it depends, if you play the cd player 24/7 batteries won't last long, you may have to change the batteries after a few days, but if you use the cd player for a few hours a day, batteries will last over a week or so.

• depends on how much you use them. the package gives the number of hours that are in the battery but if you run the device 24/7 then just subtract the number of hours that the battery is in use from the number of hours that are listed in the package and you will have youre answer.

• I've never used it with batteries. I had an AC adapter that fit this unit (not included when you buy it!) so I plug it in.

• There isn't a concrete answer for this question. It depends on how frequently you use this product, for how long at a time, etc. Batteries should last for a while though..
