“how do I resume a Cd where I stopped? i play books on CDs on my Insignia, purchased at Best Buy. When i stop a CD I can't figure out how to make it resume the next day at the same spot. Manual doesn't seem to address this.”

I don't think you can. The player has an energy saving feature built in where it will shut itself off after a few minutes of no play. You can pause your place and try to resume it within a few minutes, but if you stop the disc or power the player off, it starts at the beginning.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The pause function will allow you to pause at a certain spot and resume by playing the disc. If you stop the disc completely you will need to start the track over and fast forward to the spot you left.
