Thats happened to me. I turn off and turn back on again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it has no timer or weight calculator. It probably stopped making ice because there is a cube hung up on the lip to the storage bin...the sensor sees the errant cube and thinks the hopper is full. Just flick it into the bin and it will start up again!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I first used mine, I filled the tank to the fill line set it for big ice cube's,Then just let it do it's thing. When I came back inside the holding basket was full of ice, The red light was flashing for a full basket. Once I emptied the basket it kept on making ice until it got low on water.I filled the tank and it started making ice as soon as I reset it. Turned it off and back on, no problems with it.Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a sensor located on the top left side under the lid which senses when it's full, it will stop making ice when full. If the water level is close to the area in the right side where it takes the water it will want water added. If you have plenty of water i suspect something isn't working. The manual provided is pretty helpful.
