No I haven't had this problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can try basic troubleshooting like unplugging it for 30 seconds then plugging back in, but that process is completely automated so if it’s having problems out of the box there then consider a return/exchange. Mine had no issues from start.
