“Had the ice maker for almost 3 years and recently descaled it and cleaned it. A week later the machine stopped making ice. It appears the basket stops and doesn’t push the ice forward. Also, the water full / ice full light is blinking red. Any suggestionS”

My old ice maker did the same thing. I think they have about a 3 year life cycle.
