“Own this model. worked fine for 6 mos. Stopped making ice. Emptied and cleaned all visible areas. Still no ice. Fan runs and machine now only produces dozen small pebble sized ice. Is there something else that needs cleaning”

• Try running a mild vinegar/water solution for a half dozen ice batches. That may clear the tubes and any calcium buildup on the nubs on which the ice forms.
