How to get a replacement water drain plug null

I had that same situation happen to me recently. I took my portable ice maker to the Best Buy store I purchased it, took them minutes to find my record and the Geek Squad protection I had purchased, took my damaged item and replaced it immediately. I was thrilled.

DO NOT buy this product!! Ice Maker quit working after 3 months. Even though the Insignia brand is owned by Best Buy, they would not support the 1 year warranty!!
