“We’ve had this machine for 2 years and it’s suddenly stopped working for the first time. We have unplugged it and the green lights come back on but no ice nor running motor starts up. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?”

The pump motor probably went bad. Contact manufacturer.

My last ice maker died after about 18 - 24 months but since I had the extended warranty best buy exchanged it for a new one on the spot so my advice is get the four year extended warranty you will have your ice maker for four years and worth every penny.
