• I find my ice maker runs fairly quietly. The ice maker in my LG freezer is FAR louder. The only noticeable sound is when the ice is being dumped into the basket, which is a welcome sound for me- my next cup of ice to eat!

• It’s quiet when it isn’t cycling the new ice and filling up again to make new ice. So every 6-8 minutes there is noise but it is not crazy loud.
