“my machine says to add water but it’s already full, what can i do that isn’t turning it off and turning it back on because i’ve already tried that and it doesn’t work for me.”

• Unplug it for a few minutes then turn it back on and turn the the light back on and that should reset it.If that doesn't work check the filter to make sure the line is not stopped up with mineral deposits.
