No tone or treble control just volume and bass.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To be very specific, there is no tone control with these speakers. However, if you do choose to purchase these speakers there is a Bass Volume control on the remote. It's a small plastic dial located on the side of the remote, and adjusts the gain of the bass signals going to the "subwoofer's" amplifier. You can simply adjust the volume of the bass lower to increase the treble. IF YOU WANT MORE CONTROL OVER THE TREBLE, there are some other options. Depending upon the device, operating system, and whether you want the treble adjust just for listening to music, watching a video, or all the time, you can install a third-party app or program. For example, audio codec or sound card drivers, depending upon the OS and device, may install with a 5 or 10 band EQualizer, so you have better control over the sound. I don't know much about Apple products, but there are a number of Android products with pre-installed equalizers or tone controls, and some music and video players with equalizers included without paying for the app, or being required to view ads. I actually have an old Android phone plugged into the speakers to listen to music using a free app with a built-in equalizer. lol
