• Yes. I connect my phone to charge and it will shut itself off once my phone is juiced up.

• Yes! This is what we love about ours. We use the battery pack when traveling, so we don't like to waste the charge. As soon as our phone or tablet has fully charged, the battery pack will shut down.

• Mine did, I usually wait Til I'm at 20% (I'm lazy sometimes) then hook up, I usually get 100% charge and still have 2 or 3 bars worth of battery life leftover.
