“My fourth light was blinking while i was charging the battery pack for a while but then now it just went out and now the fourth light just won't come on anymore :/ is this a defect product ?”

• I would say yes that is a defect, if it is not within the 14 days since you bought from bestbuy then go to the manufacturer and address it to them.
