Hi Andres, Thank you very much for your feedback and sorry for the issue you've experienced. Yes, we implemented an ECR to change the design of the clip width as some customers complained the thumb-stick fitting was too loose and easy to come off frequently. So we made the thumb-stick clips wider which fits more tightly with the controller (tighter but still no damage to the controller). After modification the tighter thumb-stick did increased the user experience: it will no longer come off easily, but the tighter fit also means more difficult to install on the controller, so we suggest to install/remove the thumb-stick from one side to another (as attached video) to avoid damage.
