Hi deniboo, These only split a single output into a dual. Such as 1 video output to two tv's, or to run 2 subwoofers from a single output. For tv audio to headphone you would want a dual rca male to a 3.5 mm female. Insignia Products Lisa https://insigniaproducts.com
