• Yes. Button on top of light can be pressed for on/off and hi/low.....really simple setup. Try it once and you'll get the idea.

• Yes, there is a toggle switch on the top (backside of the bulb housing) Click it to cycle High, Low, & Off.

• Yes, on top of the light. Push once for on-bright, once for on-low, once to turn off.

• Use the screwdriver with the octagonal tip that fits the opening with the button. Push down on the button while at the same time pushing down the cover of the battery compartment. Push it hard.
