• Check your local independent game store. I was able to buy one for around $3. I love the charger set and am about to buy a replacement battery after 4 years, I'd love to have more doors for buying new controllers.

• Any xbox one game controller cover made for the particular controller should work; me I use the original that came with my Xbox one controller.
