“Trying to tie this remote in with my Verizon Set top box, I have it programmed for the model and changing channels and power on and off work. The menu keys only open the TV menu I can see the Verizon Channel guide etc. Anything I can do to make that work?”

I don’t have Verizon but I know on the included remote you can go into the settings and remap buttons to other commands. Then you can choose what any particular buttons action will be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Why don't you use the Verizon remote instead of the TV remote? I never really used the tv remote with the Verizon set top box, that's why they gave you a verizon remote.
