Q: QuestionI did a factory reset on my TV and now I cannot restart my TV and connect to the WiFi because the remote don't work. Will this remote allow me to set up my TV so I will be able to reconnect to the WiFi.

• A:Answer No. It doesn't work. There is no link button, menu button doesn't work, matter of fact nothing works except power, volume, mute, and input. Mine goes back to best buy and the replacement comes from Vizio at 1/4 the price.

Q: QuestionI can’t find my remote. Will I be able to use this replacement? I am 76, is it hard to setup? I bought my Vizio TV at target 7 yrs ago, just a regular one, not a smart TV.....I had been without a TV for 3 yrs, no roof antenna was blown off roof.

• A:Answer Absolutely! I have a 55" tv myself. One thing to remember is to remove the power for 10 seconds to clear the tv to a reset status. Without doing that you will not get the remote to work properly. No codes to enter either!
