Will this remote work for a Vizio TV model #M320SL? null

I don't know because the VIZIO TV I have is model D32f-G1, but the Best Buy Sales Associate said this to me when I asked if the Insignia remote would work for my VIZIO: "It's worth a try, and if it doesn't work bring it back to the store and then you can buy another VIZIO TV with remote or a well-rated Samsung TV with remote."
