QuestionCan I get an extra remote so I have 2 remotes for 1 insignia tv? This way when my partner falls asleep with the TV on I can turn it off without having to get up and searching for the remote he is usually sleeping on.

- Answer absolutely, that's why we started out getting 2 in the first place, my husband puts the remote inside the arm pocket on his recliner and then falls asleep, so now I change the channel when he falls asleep without waking him up. make sure if you have the fire tv to get an Alexa voice replacement remote.

QuestionI have a Insignia NS-32DF310NA19 Fire TV and bought a NS-RCFNA-21 Replacement Remote for it. Everything works except the voice. I have tried repairing and nothing seems to work. Everytime I press the voice button it asks me if I want to pair it.
