Just hook up the docking station into the TV you want to use.

You need to move the transmitter portion to the TV that will be used. If you have two complete sets, you can sync either headphone unit with either transmitter by momentarily hanging the headphones on the transmitter, but the transmitter will only sync with one headphone unit at a time.

Yes but you need to leave a second headphone jack cable in the downstairs tv to plug into the headphone base to send sound to the headphones. My customers really liked these headphones. Great value and very good accoustics
