“Can the Toslink/optical input decode Dolby Digital, or will it only accept PCM?”

• Your wireless headphones work on PCM. If you use a toslink cable from your optical output on your tv amd use the optical input on a surround sound receiver, your surround sound receiver will decide the sound signal amd convert it to Dolby, pro ided your surround sound receiver is set on dolby.
