“I am only getting sound from one side of headphone. Purchased in 2/19 & was working fine w optical connection until lost sound on one side. Please assist. Thank you.”

Try RCA audio connections, if the problem is still there then its an issue with the headphones speaker and should be taken in for warranty repair or exchange
