I just followed the supplied directions. I'm using a Rocketfish Digital Optical Audio Cable. I don't have a soundbar currently, but if I get one, I'll get a Digital Optical Audio Splitter so both can be hooked up. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Tom, on my TV, I used the 1/8th" headphone output and went into the analog audio input on the Insignia. I turn down the volume on my TV, then monitor the volume with the controls on the headphones. They stay powered for a couple days, then I simply put the headset back on top of the charger. The sound is great, the headphones are comfy to wear, and the range handily makes it across my bedroom with no dropouts. The on/off button takes a few secs to register. but no issues other than that. I really like this product. I've had it for a few months. Terry
