• Alternatively, you can probably buy the headset off of something like eBay, just make sure that the model number is an EXACT match.

• Theoretically, yes. The headphones have to be paired to the base when you first set up the unit. As long as you buy the exact same model headset, you would be able to use it after pairing the base and headphones.
