If you get a buzzing sound from the headphones, it means that something nearby is causing interference. Unfortunately, the are a lot of things that may cause interference. A radio, phone, streaming stick, or even a microwave oven can cause interference. However, in your particular case, the problem may be easier to solve. How do you watch Netflix? If you have something like a Roku or Fire Stick, or a Google TV unit, that might be the issue. Try moving the base unit away from whatever you use to watch Netflix, even if you just move it to the other side of the TV.

Unfortunately, the are a lot of things that may cause interference. A radio, phone, streaming stick, or even a microwave oven can cause interference. Whatever is causing the interference is close to either the base unit or the headset, so the only thing I can recommend is the old fashioned trial and error. If you can, try moving the base to a different spot, even if its just the other side of the TV. If the base unit is near a clock radio, try moving that.
