“I just bought these as a Christmas gift. I got them to work but for some reason the volume is increasing and decreasing on its own. It fades in and out but never fully out. The headset is about 10 ft away from the receiver. What am I doing wrong ?”

• I had a similar problem to yours - the sound went in and out and other issues. I finally had to turn it back in and got a new headset. This one, so far, is working well with no issues identified. Angela

• We got these as Christmas gift. Used them so far 4 or 5 times. Didnt have a volume problem. Perhaps Best Buy will exchange???
