I had the same problem. It is a loose connection I am sure but I don't see anyway to get to it. I decided it would probably cost more than a new one to get it fixed. I just bought a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does sound like a connection issue. Try adjusting the earpieces back and forth several times, maybe the connection is a little dirty. I haven’t had mine for to long, so I haven’t had that issue yet...hope I don’t. Good luck. I hope they will work ok. I love them.
