• Just use a digital optical cable and switch the input by pressing and holding the input source button on the headphones.

• Hi, ICPMAN. Most actual TVs come with a digital output for optical cord. You can use such port in order to connect. If not, you can use the 3.5 mm adapter that comes with the product in order to connect it to the headphone jack of the TV. Cesar G. - Insignia Support
