Well as a fellow iPhone owner i also have the same product and many times dropped my phone but i made sure my case is re-inforced rubber material to absorb more impact plus the screen protector. Anyways to your question i would think "Yes" covered under warranty. As all other BS companies though now hopefully you saved your receipt and registered your product or else it's like filing a police report but they dont follow up because its a bogus complaint.
